don't stop believin

Being the catholic school-girl that I am, I feel pretty connected to the Church and have hopes of my soul being born-again, and of course being reunited with my mama. Besides that, I absolutely ADORE Joel Osteen & his wife, their are such wonderful people who just preach positive words about the Lord and all he has done for us, and will continue to do. My mom was always a big fan, and for her last christmas with us my brother met Joel in NYC at a book signing and had him write a special message to her. To say Joel has been a constant presence in my life is an understatement, but he's just one more thing that continues to connect me with my mom.

I think it's always important to try and start your day off right, with a positive message (no matter what you believe) to make your day as good as it can be. I get Joel's emails every morning and it just helps me get by, so I wanted to share a wonderful message to all of you!

If you are praying according to His promises, no matter how long you may have been standing, don’t give up! Your season is coming. Your harvest of blessing is on its way. It might be today, it might be tomorrow, it might be next week, next month or next year; but remember, at the right time you will experience your breakthrough. Be encouraged today because God is faithful, and His promises are true. Keep standing, keep hoping, keep believing. Keep doing good. Keep declaring the promises of God over your life. Choose to be around people who are going to encourage you and fill your heart and mind with God’s Word. Let a song of praise come out of your mouth. As you continue to press on in faith and keep an attitude of victory, you will see your harvest of blessing and live as an overcomer in every area of your life.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your faithfulness in my life. Fill me with Your strength to keep doing good and standing firm until I see my harvest of blessing. Thank You for Your peace and grace in Jesus’ name. Amen.
